Over the past few years Jerome
Thomas-Ekinla has been pursuing art in his spare time.
He has been successful in some sales, but most of the profit
always went toward living expenses. Jerome is a better educated, young person with a real
desire to do well. He has
developed his craft without any significant help and has sold many
pieces to established collectors
Jerome was born in Fort Simpson, NT.
He grew up with family and is inspired by his life along the
Mackenzie River in the Deh Cho. He is a gifted young Dene artist.
